Ready To Move Into By Christmas From North West Housebuilder

Housebuilder of the Year 2019, which trades under the Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brands – is working on a number of high-quality developments across the North West of England and at some of them, keen buyers can still move into selected plots by Christmas.
These are the opportunities currently available to move into in time for the festive season:
Pavilion Gardens in Southport has a range of one- to four-bedroom homes for sale. Plot 75 is a house type call the ‘Formby@Wild Teasel’, which is a four-bedroom terraced house with integral garage, priced at £307,500.. Buyers could also consider the ‘Hesketh@Wild Teasel’, which is a three-storey, three-bedroom house priced at £283,500. The top floor is dedicated to the master bedroom, which comes with en suite and private balcony. On both these homes, David Wilson Homes could consider Part Exchange, and pay up to £15,000 towards your bills on too (terms and conditions apply).
Barratt Homes’ Victoria Mews is a neighbouring development where three- and four-bedroom homes start at £147,500 (thanks to Home Reach). Open market prices start at £255,000 and one of them is the ready-to-move-into ‘Ellerton’. This is a three-bedroom semi-detached house with private driveway and south-east-facing back garden. Inside is a kitchen/dining room, a living room, cloakroom, bathroom and bedroom one comes with an en suite shower room. The ‘Chester@Willowherb’ house type, at £307,500 is a four-bedroom detached house, perfect for a family Christmas holiday. The kitchen/dining room has French doors to the garden, and there’s a separate lounge and a cloakroom downstairs. The main bedroom has an en suite and the other bedrooms can share the bathroom. This house comes with a single garage and private driveway. Some plots here are offered with the option of Part Exchange.
David Wilson Homes is selling two-, three- and four-bedroom homes starting at Pinewood Park in Formby, with prices starting at £265,000. Ready to move into for Christmas is the ‘Kennett’, a three-double-bedroom house type set out over three floors, with a south-west-facing garden. Priced at £345,000, it comes with upgrades and a special offer worth up to £15,000 (terms and conditions apply).
Kingsbourne
Kingsbourne is located in Nantwich and there is currently a variety of three- to five-bedroom house types for sale there, with starting prices from £270,000 to £580,000. Part Exchange is offered on selected properties here. Two of the four-bedroom houses here are ready to move into by Christmas. The ‘Hertford’, at £410,000, is set over three floors, with dual-aspect lounge and kitchen/dining room, master bedroom with en suite and dressing room, and a single detached garage. The ‘Avondale’, priced £467,500, is a spacious detached home with double garage. As well as a kitchen/family room and a lounge, there’s a separate dining room and dedicated study. All four of the bedrooms are comfortable doubles.
Sundial Place, from Barratt Homes, is in Thornton, Merseyside and the current range of three- and four-bedroom homes start at £260,000. A number of houses here are ready to move into by Christmas, a couple of them are ready right now. Barratt’s Home of the Week is the ‘Lutterworth’, priced at £325,000. It’s a detached corner plot with a long private driveway, two double bedrooms (one en suite) and a single bedroom. The ‘Norbury’ is a three-storey semi-detached home with three double bedrooms, kitchen and separate lounge/dining room. Bedroom one comes with en suite and dressing area. The price starts at £320,000 and you can ask about upgrades and special current offer to pay bills.
Homes at Waddow Heights from Barratt in Clitheroe has three- and four-bedroom homes priced from £285,000. The development is now 80% sold but there are some great offers available. Ready to move into by Christmas is the ‘Woodbury’, from £287,500. This semi-detached house comes with private driveway and inside, it has a kitchen/dining room, a lounge, a double bedroom and two single rooms (that could equally be used as nursery, hobby room or home office). Buyers can ask about Part Exchange and kitchen/flooring upgrades.
