Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes offer a Part Exchange incentive on brand new homes in some of Britain’s favourite cities.

Enticing homeowners to a brand new home at one of Britain’s favourite cities has seen Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes offer a Part Exchange incentive.

Part Exchange is a great way to avoid the uncertainty and hassle of the property chain. The housebuilder with get independent valuations of your current home, make an offer based on those and if you agree to that, will purchase your old home for cash and time it so that you move in to the new property when it is ready. This has the bonus of saving you estate agent fees too.
