Reason 1: The scheme has been designed to offer a mix of seclusion and community.
A tour of the site, which is tucked away behind trees from Elmbridge Road, gives us an opportunity to see the variety of house types on sale and get a feel of what the completed development will look like. Megan comments: “It’s a smaller development of only 54 units allowing for a boutique feel and more open spaces, to retain its rural village appeal.”
Reason 2: All high-grade fittings and finishes come as standard.

Cranleigh once had its own busy station on an eponymous line between Guildford and Horsham, however Dr Beeching’s renowned report led to its closure in the mid-1960s. Despite this, Horsham and Guildford, both well-served and well-connected stations, are under half-an-hour’s drive away – ideal for London commuters who want to escape the city and its suburbs. The A24 and A3 are also a similar distance away.
Reason 6: There’s a scheme to help home movers sell and buy.
In addition to the government-backed Help to Buy initiative, Latimer has partnered with Savills, its sales agent at Willowbrook, to offer an assisted move scheme, which helps homeowners find buyers for their current properties and make the process smoother.
Reason 7: Latimer has community at its heart.
