Housebuilder Sees Buyers’ Priority For Gardens

Property needs have dramatically shifted in the wake of Covid-19 and having access to outside green space has become a top priority for homeowners and housebuilders have seen increasing importance in highlighting the garden of their show homes.

With National Gardening Week 2021 underway, Crest Nicholson is promoting some well-designed gardens at developments across its regions.

Leicestershire

Potter’s GrangePotter’s Grange in Ashby-de-la-Zouch features a collection of two- to five-bedroom homes. Hampshire

Tangier GardensTangier Gardens is in Bishop’s Waltham, a few miles from Southampton. Its three- and four-bedroom houses are traditional in design, blending into the village surroundings. Located in the Meon Valley, on the edge of the South Downs, residents have an abundance of walks and natural sights, with the River Hamble an energetic hub of recreational water and boating activities.
