Special Reservation Offer On Corstorphine Apartments

Posted 27 September 2023 by Keith Osborne

Just £99 can secure an ideal apartment currently for sale at Origin at The Point in the upmarket Corstorphine suburb of Edinburgh...

Housebuilder Westpoint Homes is inviting buyers to take a look at the brand new apartments at its development Origin at The Point, in Corstorphine, and to make the most of a limited-time reservation fee offer.

Origin at The Point comprises 24 two- and three-bedroom apartments set over four storeys in a popular and well-served area just five miles west of Edinburgh city centre.

For a limited time, the available properties can be reserved for just £99 with a 5% deposit contribution and nothing to pay until move-in day. Prices currently start at £330,000.

The contemporary architecture of the building is matched with a thoroughly up-to-date specification. Keen buyers can choose from a number of options for the fitted kitchen, which comes with laminate worktop, Amtico flooring and range of integral appliances from Hoover, with a single oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. A separate utility cupboard has plumbing and electrics for a washer-dryer tucked away from the main room. Shower rooms and en suite bathroom have attractive fixtures and fittings from premium brands such as Roca and Hansgrohe.

The housebuilder’s own Home of the Week here is Plot 5, a ‘Style B’ property on the ground floor. From £330,000, this apartment has an open-plan kitchen/dining/living room and two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, with the bedroom one having the bonus of en suite. There’s a guest shower room and useful storage off the hallway too.

The show apartment is on the ground floor and a 894-sq-ft ‘Style A’ design. It is currently for sale for £395,000 which includes all furniture, flooring, light fittings, wall coverings and window dressings. Through the private doorway, off the hallway to one side is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, and on the other the principal bedroom, which has fitted wardrobes in a dedicated dressing area, and an en suite with bath/shower. Past the shower room, utility and storage cupboards is the open-plan kitchen/dining/living room.

Plot 18 is a ‘Style E2’ layout on the second floor, priced from £367,000. The dual-aspect kitchen/dining/living room has a Juliet balcony and bedroom one has a generously sized balcony in which to enjoy some private outdoor space. Both double bedrooms come with fitted wardrobes and the principal bedroom has an en suite bathroom, with a separate shower room off the hallway for guests.

Corstorphine is a sought-after part of Edinburgh. Close to home is a good range of places to shop, and eat and drink, as well as useful amenities and schools. The nearby Gyle Centre has a further range of household names. There are some great leisure facilities nearby too, including gym, sports clubs and the city’s zoo.

The show home here is open daily from 11.00am to 5.30pm. Find out more about Origin at The Point from Westpoint Homes.
