Just Two Homes Left At Reopening Dartford Development

Weston Homes has reopened the marketing suite and show home at its award-winning Langley Square development in Dartford, Kent, with only two apartments remaining for sale there.

The 728-home development is located by Mill Pond, close to the town’s station, and has created a new waterside village across nine residential buildings.

The number of people there will be limited and the appointments to attend are made around off-peak travel times. At the point-of-entry, face masks, gloves and hand sanitiser are available and signage highlights the two-metre social distancing guidelines in place.

In the show apartment, all tours for prospective buyers will be ‘contactless’ – all the doors and selected cupboards are open and the lights are turned on so that prospective buyers need not to touch anything as they look around. Whilst a buyer is having a tour of a property, the sales agent will wait outside to assist with health safeguarding.
