Hopeful first-time buyers who are currently stuck at home will be able to find out everything they need to know about getting on the property ladder this week. A live Q&A webinar with a range of property experts is being hosted by First Time Buyer Magazine, and is designed to assist those purchasing a first home by arming them with the knowledge they will need.

The useful session will be chaired by the magazine’s editor Lynda Clark and will take place via Facebook livestream on Wednesday 1 April at 11.00am. Lynda will be joined by a range of property experts, with independent housing consultant Tony Harker; Rupi Hunjan, MD and owner of Censeo Financial; and Adam Crawford, partner and head of new build homes at Prince Evans Solicitors set to hold a seat on the webinar panel.

The aim of the session is to offer knowledge to anyone who may be looking to start their journey into homeownership; whether this be looking for tips on how to save for a deposit or trying to understand the schemes and options available to them, now or further down the line. Viewers will be invited to submit their questions both before and during the webinar, which will be answered by the expert panel.

Lynda Clark says: “Especially now, as the property market enters a period of uncertainty, we understand that potential first-time buyers will have lots of questions. We can help first-time buyers understand all the available options and to get ahead of the game, encouraging them to use this time to find out all they can.

“Whether looking next month, or later in the year, knowledge is absolutely the key for anyone entering homeownership, and we believe that there is no better way to learn than by speaking directly to the experts.”

The First Time Buyer Q&A Webinar will be held on Wednesday 1 April at 11.00am on Zoom. To join the session, you can tune in via Facebook Live on the official Facebook page.
