More and more housebuilders are adapting their show homes and marketing offices for buyers to attend safely under current rules, but online viewings and the chance to investigate interesting properties from the comfort of the sofa are playing a vital part in the house-hunting journey today.
Here’s a look at some of the latest tech-based property tours.
Brampton Park, Brampton, Cambridgeshire
Linden is pioneering a new digital approach to help house-hunters find their new home with a sophisticated launch of a new phase at its development near Huntingdon. It hosts a weekend of virtual events offering buyers expert advice and information by hosting interactive webinars and workshops which will be live-streamed throughout the day on Saturday 13 June, and then available to view on demand on Sunday 14 June. Topics include a round-up of the homes for sale, the buying process, mortgages, and Help to Buy and other incentives.
Dina Pittore, marketing manager for Linden Homes Midlands, said: “Our exclusive Digital Early Bird event at Brampton Park is a brand-new approach to a new phase launch which we think will help reach new and wider audiences by bringing the marketing suite to them. Any participants who take part in the event will also receive a £5,000 John Lewis voucher when they move in to help make their new house a home. The reservation fee will be dropped from £500 to £99 for all homes in the new phase during the event.”
