Key Worker Scheme Launched At Perth Development

Urban Union has launched a new Key Worker Contribution Scheme at a development in Perth, to help them buy a brand new home.

The new scheme has been introduced as a way of offering a thank you to Scotland’s key workers, who will be able to receive up to £2,500 towards buying a new home at the award-winning Muirton Living development.

Muirton Living currently has a small collection of properties which remain available. The ‘Anderson’ and the ‘Grant’ are one-bedroom apartments which are perfect for first-time buyers ready to get onto the property ladder, with prices starting from £105,000.
