Pair Of Show Homes Open in Moodiesburn

Posted 1 August 2022 by Keith Osborne

Taylor Wimpey has opened two brand new four-bedroom detached show homes at Stoneyetts View...

Taylor Wimpey is inviting house-hunters to book a visit to see new show home duo in Moodiesburn, at its Stoneyetts View development.

Both show houses – the ‘Hughes’ and the ‘Maxwell’ – are four-bedroom detached homes showcasing the latest interior looks, thoughtfully designed to show the space and style that’s available in this growing neighbourhood that forms part of masterplan vision for the former Stoneyetts hospital site.

Situated off Gartferry Road in the heart of Moodiesburn, this development of 121 new homes offers a choice of two-, three-, and four-bedroom properties to provide a range of options for first-time buyers and growing families.

With schools nearby, as well as the convenience of the M80 and M73 within easy reach, and the local amenities of Cumbernauld close by, this development will be a popular choice with young families as well as commuters looking for easy access to the Central Belt.

Additionally, as part of its commitment to sustainability and creating space for nature to thrive on its developments, the show home gardens will demonstrate how homeowners can make their gardens more sustainable by featuring a bug hotel.

Furthermore, homeowners at Stoneyetts View receive a welcome pack which includes a mini bug hotel and a Beebomb. Each Beebomb is packed full of pollinator-friendly wildflower seeds that can be planted anywhere from open ground and private gardens, to pots and window boxes. Each one will provide habitat for native bees and butterflies, and this will enable new homeowners to enjoy a more nature-friendly garden. The UK has lost 97% of its wildflower meadows over the last 75 years, affecting a wide range of pollinating insects.

Stoneyetts ViewAudrey Ross, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey West Scotland, said: “It is really important to us that we create new communities that can be enjoyed by future generations, and we’re working hard to help our customers to live more sustainably. The homes at our developments have many features which make it easier for them to save energy and water, as well as space that allows homebuyers to consider working from home.

“Our show homes in Moodiesburn are now open by appointment and they offer buyers the opportunity to get a feel for what living at Stoneyetts View could be like. We hope interested buyers will arrange to pay us a visit and be inspired by what they see to be able to make their move to a new home here.

“We also understand that buying a new home is a huge milestone and we want to make sure that our customers have as straightforward and enjoyable an experience as possible. We’re here to help every step of the way and our team is available to answer any questions about buying a new home with us.

“With virtual tours, development plans and layouts for each of our house types, as well as our stunning two show homes we have everything we need at our fingertips to help buyers make the move to a new home.”

Normal working hours are 11.00am to 5.30pm, Thursday to Monday. Find out more at www.taylorwimpey.co.uk.
