After carrying out extensive research on the local area and the apartment layouts, the design team at Phoenix Interior Design were able to create a scheme showing the apartment off to its full potential. Commenting on the process of designing the show apartment at Taylor Wimpey’s Forge Wood development in Crawley, Susan White, CEO of Phoenix Interior Designs, said: “For this show home, the main focus was to give the apartments a modern, contemporary and classic feel, all of which appeal to first-time buyers and direct sellers.

“We achieved this by layering artwork, using the right wallpaper choices in the right rooms, carefully placing plants around the home, and finishing off with a selection of accessories that elevate the luxe element in the space.
