Initial Launch Of New Homes In Winchburgh

Situated off Beatlie Road, Seton Rise offers a range of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, ensuring that it appeals to a wide range of buyers regardless of where they are on their property journey.
This development forms part of the wider Winchburgh masterplan, and it will integrate with the existing new housing and features that were completed in phase 1. Customers can find out more at the housebuilder’s sales office at nearby Auldcathie View, off Duntarvie Castle Road.
The masterplan will offer homeowners great access to local amenities and open space in addition to the 3,800+ new homes, improved transport links, employment opportunities, and state-of-the-art primary and secondary schools. Prices currently start from £280,000 for the ‘Blair’ three-bedroom semi-detached house, up to £415,000 for the ‘Maxwell’ four-bedroom detached.
