Housebuilder’s Buyer Events Coming To Kent
House-hunters in Kent are being invited to attend events at two of Taylor Wimpey’s developments in Kent to find out how buying a new build home could save them money.
On Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 March, between 10.00am and 5.00pm, anyone interested in moving to a new home at Wellington Paddocks in Walmer or St Augustine’s Place in Herne Bay can find out about the benefits of buying a new build home, including savings of up to £3,100 per year on energy bills.
Prospective buyers can also find out about the energy-efficient features of a new Taylor Wimpey home, as well as the 10 year warranty provided, the range of personalisation options available and the special offers that only buyers of a new build can benefit from.
Jason Stokes, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey South East, said: “From saving money on energy bills, to choosing from a range of offers to help make a move more affordable, to picking your dream kitchen and bathroom – there are so many benefits to buying a new build. Our homes are built using modern techniques, more sustainable materials and with energy-efficient features as standard, so owners of a new home could save money in the long run over buying an older property.
“Our ‘Why Buy New’ weekend is the perfect opportunity for home hunters to visit us to find out more about the advantages of buying new and the range of homes and offers we have available at Wellington Paddocks and St Augustine’s Place.”
While appointments are encouraged, visitors do not need to book one in order to attend. Wellington Paddocks and St Augustine’s Place currently offer a choice of energy-efficient three- and four-bedroom homes. Find out more at www.taylorwimpey.co.uk.
