Countdown To Sell-Out At Slough Apartment Scheme

Developer Slough Urban Renewal has reported that just a few of the properties at Novus Apartments remain for sale – with only one one-bedroom property still for sale.

Every home at Novus Apartments has been built to a high specification, with Symphony kitchens and contemporary bathroom suites as standard. Amtico flooring is included in all living areas and fitted wardrobes are installed in all master bedrooms. Prices for the remaining homes for sale range from £252,500 to £340,000. The government-backed First Homes scheme is available here. Designed to help local first-time buyers and key workers onto the property ladder, it offers new homes at a discount of at least 30% compared to the market price – as a result, making deposits and mortgages more affordable. The discount will apply to the homes forever, meaning that generations of new buyers will continue to benefit every time the property is sold.

Novus Apartments comprises 64 studio suites, along with one- and two-bedroom units and it offers a central location within Slough town centre, situated on the former library site, which has been transformed into a thriving new destination. Alongside Novus Apartments is the UK’s first Moxy and Residence Inn double-decker hotel.

Slough Urban Renewal is the joint venture between Slough Borough Council and national urban regenerator, Muse Developments.
