Helen ChristieSlough Urban Renewal (SUR) is a joint venture partnership between Slough Borough Council and Muse Developments, part of the Morgan Sindall Group. It is aiming to help transform the borough of Slough.
The new incentive is designed to ease the cost for buyers, with the developer paying the first year’s service charge and legal fees for those reserving a new home this autumn.
Andy Howell, general manager, Slough Urban Renewal (SUR), says: “We’ve had a lot of interest in Novus Apartments from first-time buyers, keen to take that first step onto the ladder in a regeneration area, which offers great connections. Finished to a high specification and with built-in appliances included, the apartments make an ideal first buy. Our latest incentive is designed to ease the upfront costs for our buyers, while also helping to reduce their monthly outgoings, during that first year in their new home.”
Novus Apartments is the latest collection of homes to be delivered by SUR. The collection comprises 64, high-quality studio suites, and one- and two-bedroom apartments. The apartments are part of the former library site, located in the centre of Slough and just a short walk to the train station, allowing residents to take advantage of the transport links.
Each home at Novus Apartments has been built to a high specification, with Symphony kitchens and contemporary bathroom suites as standard. Amtico flooring is included in all living areas and fitted wardrobes are installed in all master bedrooms. Prices at Novus Apartments start from £199,950.
