House-hunters in Cumbria have a further selection of options to consider as Story Homes has released a number of four- and five-bedroom houses at its new development, Greystoke Fields in Greystoke, in advance of the official on-site launch.

The housebuilder has seen overwhelming interest in its latest development. An appointment-only pre-launch event will take place at the company’s current Brougham Fields scheme development in Carleton, Penrith, on Saturday 18, Sunday 19 and Monday 20 September, from 11.00am to 7.00pm. Following this event, sales executive for Greystoke Fields, Kendra, will be based at Brougham Fields where she will sell the homes from until the official launch on site, which is taking place in early 2022.

The new development includes a variety of high-quality three-, four- and five-bedroom properties with open-plan layouts that suit flexible living.

Greystoke Fields is located in the village of Greystoke, surrounded by the beautiful scenery of the Lake District. Less than 10 minutes away is the centre of Penrith, which has a whole range of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs. There is also a variety of supermarkets, including Sainsburys and Morrisons, which are a short drive away. Nearby education facilities include Hunter Hall School, North Lakes School, Nutkins Nursery and Preschool and Ullswater Community College.

The A66, which links to the M6 motorway, and Penrith train station, are both easily accessible.
