Mortgage Contribution Offer At Coastal Aberdeenshire Site

Posted 11 October 2023 by Keith Osborne

Stewart Milne Homes is offering a major deal worth thousands of pounds on selected homes at Charleston...

Stewart Milne Homes is inviting house-hunters in Aberdeenshire to find out more about a special offer on selected plots at its Charleston development in Cove.

For a limited time, the housebuilder is offering to pay a contribution of 5% to buyers’ mortgage deposits on a range of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes for sale there.

Charleston is a growing community just to the west of the town of Cove, with easy access to major roads for towns and cities further afield, making it an appealing place to live for commuters. Away from work, while there are plenty of local amenities in Cove, including a shopping centre, supermarket, schools, medical facilities and takeaways, it’s very easy to find a host of useful and fun things to do in and around Aberdeen too. The city centre and airport are three and 11 miles north from here respectively, and Stonehaven 13 miles to the south.

The range of homes currently for sale with this special offer at Charleston starts at £287,500. ‘The Corringham’ is a double-fronted, three-bedroom detached house with two dual-aspect rooms on the ground floor: one a lounge, the other a kitchen/dining room with French doors to the garden. Bedroom one has en suite and fitted wardrobes, while bedrooms two and three and double and single respectively, sharing the family bathroom. Find out more.

‘The Elland’ on Plot 434, at £309,950, is a four-bedroom detached house with integral garage. The kitchen/dining room has French doors to the patio, as well as a utility room and WC off it. The lounge is at the front of the property and has a useful storage cupboard. All the bedrooms are comfortable doubles, with an especially luxurious main bedroom with en suite and a walk-in wardrobe. Find out more.

‘The Kendal’ on Plot 432 is the largest property available with the mortgage deposit contribution offer. It’s a five-bedroom property, detached with integral single garage. The heart of the home is an open-plan kitchen/dining/family room, but there’s another reception room at the front of the property too. A utility room helps keep the main rooms clear. Four of the five bedrooms upstairs are doubles, with en suite and walk-in wardrobes to bedroom one. The fifth bedroom could easily play the role of nursery, hobby room or office. Find out more.

Buyers can ask about other incentives too, including Part Exchange and Assured Sale. Find out more about Charleston from Stewart Milne Homes.
