Housebuilder’s Competition Prize of £100,000 Off Mortgage

St Modwen Homes has launched its national Recommend a Friend competition, in a bid to give one lucky customer £100k off the mortgage of their new home.

The Covid-19 pandemic has created unprecedented turbulence and worry but, throughout it all, has found its customers remained supportive and understanding and now wants to “give something back” to the those who have continued to show their loyalty.

From now until 30 November 2021, any customer who recommends one of their friends will be entered into the national draw with a £100k grand prize (subject to terms and conditions). In addition, both  parties will receive £250 once the purchase is legally complete.

Many then went on to recommend one of their friends to us and this is truly the greatest compliment we could receive.
