Exclusive Home Types Come To Popular Uttoxeter Development

Posted 13 January 2021 by Keith Osborne

St Modwen Homes has released some new property types for the first time in the North at Bramshall Meadows...

St Modwen Homes has just unveiled two brand new collections of one- to five-bedroom properties at their Bramshall Meadows development, in Uttoxeter.

This is housebuilder’s first site in the North to offer the exclusive Pure range of homes. Properties in this collection stand out for the striking architectural details they display, with larger windows that amplify natural light, as well as oak staircases. They complement the established Core range which will also be available at Bramshall Meadows. Both sets of homes benefit from the housebuilder’s iconic tall windows and high ceilings.

Jo Winston, sales and marketing director at St Modwen Homes, said: “Our first two phases at Bramshall Meadows have been incredibly popular and it's great to see the community taking shape as it continues to grow.

“We are really excited to be offering our Pure range to home-hunters in and around Uttoxeter for the first time. This collection is currently only available at two other developments in the South, Heathy Wood in Copthorne and Stillwater in Newport, so we’re expecting a great deal of interest in this latest phase at Bramshall Meadows.”

Nestled between the stunning countryside and the market town of Uttoxeter, Bramshall Meadows is ideal for those seeking semi-rural living. The development is part of a vast regeneration project to transform the area into a flourishing neighbourhood, complete with public open spaces, school, shops, leisure facilities and a health care centre.

House-hunters can book a face-to-face appointment at the sales office or arrange a virtual appointment.
