Agency Oversees Launch Of Major Acton Apartment Tower
Developer City & Docklands has appointed creative marketing agency Shaka Studio as it launches its flagship One West Point in North Acton.
The £400million scheme, situated near Park Royal Design District, brings West London’s tallest residential building and comprises 701 apartments, 362 of which are for sale and 339 are for rent. Onsite amenities will include gymnasium and yoga studio; bar, restaurant, coffee shop and private dining; golf simulator and co-working office space. There will be Discount Market Rent homes available for local people and key workers.
Felicity Young of City & Docklands said: “We are delighted to be working with Shaka Studios on the latest campaign for One West Point. It was hugely important to us that we created an identity for the development that embodies both the lifestyle that we are delivering [at One West Point] through our Build to Rent brand AWOL, and also represents the local area. Adam understood the brief immediately and has delivered a campaign that has achieved just that.”
Shaka Studio’s managing director, Adam Horwood, said: “I’m thrilled to begin this new partnership with City & Docklands, we feel it’s a great fit as both teams are dynamic and hugely ambitious. The development itself is very exciting and our campaign will champion the local area and create excitement for the bright future of the Old Oak Common.”
Prices start at £560,000 and selected homes are available to first-time buyers under the Help to Buy scheme. There is also a Stamp Duty Holiday Extension available up to the value of £20,000 towards the purchase of the property. Find out more at onewestpoint.com.
