Cashback And 105% Part Exchange Offers At Tarves Scheme

Scotia Homes is inviting house-hunters in Aberdeenshire to visit its Willowburn development in Tarves to find out more about a special offer available on some plots there.

Willowburn is a collection of three- and four-bedroom houses in Scotia Homes’ distinctive contemporary design style, built to the latest energy-efficient standards including rooftop solar panels fitted as on every home. The specification also includes bespoke kitchens, SMEG appliances, Porcelanosa tiling to bathrooms and en suites, and fittings for fibre optic broadband. There are a host of extras and upgrades available too, from kitchen units doors and worktops to flooring tiles and door handles.

This development is situated in the village of Tarves, surrounded by scenic countryside and well connected to Ellon and Inverurie, both under 20 minutes’ drive away, and Aberdeen city centre, around 35 minutes away.

Here, there are currently a few properties on which the buyer has the choice of cashback or use of Scotia Homes’ own 105% Part Exchange deal. All come with free flooring and turf.

All from £299,950, Plots 38 (£12,000 cashback option), 39 (£12,000 cashback option) and 42 (£10,000 cashback option) are the ‘Gatehouse’ property type. This is a three-bedroom detached house with 1,256 sq ft of living space.

The ’Corner House’ on Plot 40 and Plot 41 are both £319,950 and come with a £15,000 cashback option. This is a four-bedroom detached house type with 1,356 sq ft of living space and a garage. The kitchen/living/dining room, with sliding doors to the garden, is a triple-aspect space off which is a utility room. Bedroom four is a ground-floor room that could equally servce as a home office or hobby room. The three bedrooms upstairs are all doubles with fitted wardrobes, with an en suite to bedroom one.

Plot 43 is called the ‘Gardener’, a detached, double-fronted, three-bedroom house. At £329,950 and with a single garage and driveway, this property has a lounge/dining room with doors to the garden, a separate kitchen/breakfast room, a utility room and three double bedrooms, one with en suite, the others sharing the family bathroom. There’s a tucked-away space on the landing that would suit a desk for home-workers. Altogether, some 1,440 sq ft of living space.
