New Development Coming To Deal
Property investment company JaeVee has partnered with Roddy New Homes to bring the Northbourne Road development of 12 new homes to Deal in Kent.
The mixture of detached, semi-detached and terraced properties has been designed by ON Architecture and construction is expected to begin this month. This is scheduled to take around 12 months.

The process understandably took time, due to COVID, though we eventually got across the line. We would recommend using JaeVee as a joint venture partner as the entire process is done in-house by the JaeVee team.”

Northbourne Road is surrounded by Kent countryside, inland from the miles of sandy beach along Kent’s east coast. Despite being around 70 miles from central London, numerous towns along the coast are within easy reach of London via High Speed rail services, which take around an hour and 40 minutes to reach St Pancras International. Closer to home, major towns and cities such as Ramsgate, Dover, Folkestone and Canterbury are all under half-an-hour away.
Three-bedroom homes at the Northbourne Road development are expected to range between £360,000 to £485,000, four-bedroom homes to start at £550,000.
