Multiple WhatHouse? Award-winning housebuilder Robertson Homes is inviting house-hunters seeking a brand new home in County Durham to consider some new releases and limited-time offers at Bowes Manor in Burnopfield.

Bowes Manor is a collection of 48 new homes including two-bedroom bungalows, three-bedroom terraced and semi-detached houses, and four- and five-bedroom detached homes. Just nine miles from Newcastle city centre and five miles from the famous Metrocentre, there are plenty of local amenities too, with the village’s own convenience stores, takeaways, doctors and a dentist. Among the new releases at Bowes Manor are:

  • Plot 36 and Plot 37 are both examples of the ‘Alexander’ house type, and both are priced from £259,995. Festive offers, subject to terms and conditions, on new homes at Bowes Manor include:

  • The ‘Hutton Garden Room’ on Plot 3 and Plot 10. These are four-double-bedroom/three-bathroom detached houses with open-plan kitchen/dining/garden room and an integral single garage. Priced at £459,995, the buyers have a choice of deposit contribution, a £20,000 mortgage contribution, or to purchase through Part Exchange with a flooring package.
  • Plot 4 and Plot 9 are both the detached ‘Lawrie Garden Room’ house type, priced at £469,995 and £478,995 respectively. Buyers can enjoy 1,850 sq ft of living space, and an integral single garage. Four of the five bedrooms are double, and two of them come with en suite. There are both a garden room and a utility room off the comfortable kitchen/dining room, with a cloakroom and a lounge completing the layout. For a limited time, buyers have a choice of deposit contribution, a £20,000 mortgage contribution, or to purchase through Part Exchange with a flooring package.
