New Apartments Launch In Bishopton
A new development of 21 luxury two-bedroom apartments has just been released for sale at Dargavel Village in Bishopton by housebuilder Robertson Homes.
The apartments are part of the wider development of 150 new three-, four-, five- and six-bedroom homes currently being constructed as part of the regeneration of the former BAE site.
Robertson has already sold 60 family homes at the development and the area will eventually see more than 4,000 new homes created, along with a woodland park. New recreational and leisure facilities include a café and pizza restaurant and a new primary school opened earlier this year.
Julie Henderson, sales manager for Robertson Homes, said: “We have already seen exceptional demand for our family homes at Dargavel Village and we are anticipating equally high levels of interest from those looking for an apartment lifestyle.
“By launching apartments we are ensuring we help to create a vibrant and mixed community with homes available for people on different stages of the property ladder and with different price points.
“We have incorporated all the benefits of a traditional Robertson home, such as stylish and practical design, high specifications and exceptional build quality into these apartments and with Bishopton’s convenient location for commuting to Glasgow City Centre in just 20 minutes from Bishopton station, we are meeting all the needs of local buyers.”
Robertson’s Dargavel apartments will feature four individual designs ranging from 692 sq ft to 740 sq ft, each with an en suite to the master bedroom. The ‘Aikman’, ‘Exter’ and ‘Fenton’ designs all feature contemporary open-plan kitchen/living areas while the ‘Berlant’ is more traditionally designed with separate kitchen area. Many of the apartments also benefit from desirable dual-aspect to maximise natural light and views.
Construction work is now underway with first completions planned for Spring 2023. Find out more at www.robertsonhomes.co.uk.
