New Collection Of Apartments To Rent Opens In King’s Cross
Related Argent has unveiled Author King’s Cross, an collection of 182 rental homes in the King’s Cross estate.
The estate’s only Build to Rent (BTR) offering, these design-led apartments off York Way are complemented by ‘state-of-the-art’ residents’ amenities and services. There are three contemporary buildings ranging in height between three and 16 storeys, centred on a landscaped courtyard garden designed by Urban Fabric. The homes are a mixture of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. with many benefiting from a private balcony.
The amenities include multiple residents’ lounges, an area with seating booths that could be ideal for home working, a bright garden kitchen opens onto the courtyard. The team’s uniform is inspired by five-star hotels, and the concierge service is available 24 hours, seven days a week.
