The newly available homes will launch on 4 September, and are situated within Genista House in the ‘The Garden Apartments’ phase of the development. They will consist of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, and prices will start from £299,995.
 
The latest tranche of homes follows the successful launch of 39 apartments in May in Grevillea House, which recently became available to purchase using London Help to Buy.
