Manor Place From Redrow Launches In West Sussex

Housebuilder Redrow is launching Manor Place, its newest community of homes in West Sussex. Located in the village of Angmering, this new community will deliver 76 two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes.

On Saturday 25 February, Redrow is marking the occasion with drinks and refreshments for all visitors who come and explore the homes at Manor Place. The event will be held at Redrow’s Customer Experience Suite at Arun Valley Sales Hub, Ford Lane, Off North End Road, Yapton, West Sussex BN18 0DT.

Prospective homeowners will be able to reserve available homes, ranging from three- to four-bedrooms, and all from Redrow’s award winning Heritage Collection, inspired by the Arts & Crafts architectural movement of the 1930s. Heritage Collection homes benefit from traditional exteriors such as gable-ended roofs, porches and red and yellow brick exteriors. Inside, all homes are open-plan and contemporary, with high ceilings and integrated appliances.

All homes at Manor Place will benefit from the latest technology. This comes at a significant moment as recent research from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) also revealed, new build houses will save owners an average of over £3,000 in annual energy costs. With consumers increasingly prioritising energy efficiency, each home at Manor Place will have an electric vehicle charging point as well as featuring underfloor heating as standard, heated via Air Source Heat Pumps.
