A mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes are now on sale at Redrow’s new development in the village of Ravenfield, near Rotherham in South Yorkshire.

Buyers are now able to reserve a home in the first release at Poppy Fields, with a total of 320 properties to be built in total at the 36-acre development, which will also include a large area of open space, featuring a play area and a community orchard.

The properties, all from Redrow’s Heritage Collection, will include 240 homes for private sale and 80 affordable properties, offering a wide range of options to meet the needs of the community.

Located off Moor Lane South, Poppy Fields will offer a range of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, including one of Redrow’s most popular styles, ‘The Warwick’. Which is a three-bedroom detached house type which boasts a kitchen/dining area that extends the entire width of the property at the rear, along with a cloakroom and separate lounge. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, the main with en suite, a single bedroom and a family bathroom.

“This is our first development in Rotherham, and we already know that demand is going to be high,” said Steve Jackson, sales director at Redrow Yorkshire. “We have listened to our customers who have requested family friendly layouts, gardens and access to green open space on the development – and this development will offer all of those things and more.”

Ravenfield is a small village about three miles east of Rotherham, with a great range of primary schools, local amenities, shops and parks.
