Launch Of New Apartments In Colindale This Weekend

On Saturday 9 April, Redrow will be launching a brand new release of apartments at Colindale Gardens, the bustling new community being created on the site of the former Metropolitan Police training centre in north London.

This latest launch features a collection of 56 two- and three- bedroom homes which will sit within Citrine House and the properties will boast views across landscaped gardens and plentiful outdoor space.

The latest launch is another significant step in the delivery of 4,100 new homes at Colindale Gardens. To date, more than circa 1,400 homeowners have moved into the thriving neighbourhood which hosts a four-acre park at its core. All residents of the newly launched homes will also have access to a 24-hour concierge and outdoor play areas and exercise equipment.

Colindale itself is also undergoing a transformation, with significant investment funding earmarked. Plans will bring new high-quality homes, amenities, services, facilities, and transport upgrades to both Colindale and the surrounding areas of Brent Cross, West Hendon and Cricklewood. There are also future plans for local shops, cafés, and restaurants at Colindale Gardens to help create a vibrant new destination, as well as a health centre which will provide essential community facilities on residents’ doorsteps. Collindale Gardens is a short stroll from Colindale station on the Northern line, with quick access to both the West End (23 minutes) and the City (29 minutes).
