New Show Homes To Be Unveiled In Whalley This Weekend
Lancashire house-hunters should set their watches for this weekend, Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 May, when brand new show homes launch at Mitton Grange.
Property-seekers on the quest to find their next home will have the chance to view and experience the never-seen-before house-types. The popular development has, so far, attracted local buyers in search of an energy-efficient new build and Prospect Homes expects demand to increase further once potential buyers visit the show homes and visualise what life could be like living at Mitton Grange.
The properties offer a preview to the three- and four-bedroom homes that are currently being built at the development on Mitton Road and will give customers a feel for room sizes, layouts and specifications that is available.
Visitors will also be able to sample canapes from the nearby Breda Murphy restaurant while they look around the fully furnished ‘Whalley’ and ‘Pattersley’ house types.
The ‘Whalley’ includes a lounge, WC, kitchen/dining/family area and a separate utility room. Upstairs there are three double-bedrooms and a single bedroom. The main bedroom has its own en suite shower room and there is a family bathroom. This home also comes with a single garage and driveway. The ‘Pattersley’ has a lounge, W/C, spacious kitchen/dining/family area, a utility room and a study. The integral double garage has access into the hallway. Upstairs, are four double-bedrooms, an ensuite to the main bedroom and a family bathroom.

Homes currently available start from £350,000 for a three-bedroom detached ‘Croston’ house type. There are also two examples of the ‘Whalley’ available and prices start from £460,000. An ‘Edmonton’ and ‘Pattersley’ will be released to coincide with the show homes opening.
