New Phase Launched At Chapelton Site
Places for People Chapelton has just released a new phase of homes at the growing Chapelton development in the east of Scotland, offering the latest selection of two-, three- and four-bedroom houses there.
Furthermore, there’s a Part Exchange initiative for current homeowners to consider using if they upgrading to one of the brand new homes, which could save them thousands of pounds of moving costs and the hassles of the property chain.
Chapelton is creating a new sustainable town situated between Aberdeen and Strathaven, with countryside and coast on the doorstep and just a few miles from a comprehensive range of established shops and amenities. When completed, there will be around 8,000 new homes at Chapelton, as well as new local amenities and commercial areas which will be providing new job opportunities.
Among the new releases are more examples of ‘The Dumbreck’, one of our ‘Home of the Day’ favourites from just a couple of months ago. With three bedrooms, this is a home that has a generous living space of 1,026 sq ft of living space, including laundry room and an en suite to the main bedroom, as well as a private rear garden. Right now, this house type starts at £270,000. Find out more.
Alternatively, ‘The Maclellan’ on Plot 12 is a larger four-bedroom house type which comes with a sun-soaked south-facing garden. The vestibule leads to a spacious living room looking out of the front of this home with French doors to the rear. There’s a dual-aspect kitchen/dining room with utility room and cloakroom. Under the stairs is a useful storage cupboard. Two of its four bedrooms are doubles with built-in wardrobes, with bedroom one also having an en suite. The others share the family bathroom. This 1,277-sq-ft home starts at £305,000. Find out more.
