Extension Of Offer Period On Housebuilder’s Bristol Homes

Persimmon Homes has extended its choice of offers to buyers of new homes at a number of its current developments in Bristol, with potential financial benefits worth thousands of pounds.

The offer is available, subject to terms and conditions, on properties reserved by 28 February 2023. Qualifying buyers can choose between the offer of living mortgage-free for the first ten months of living in their new home, or taking up the offer of 105% Part Exchange, meaning a bonus on top of the independent valuation of their existing property.

Dramway Fields is the latest phase in the popular area of Lyde Green on the north-eastern outskirts of Bristol. Amenities nearby include a convenience store and primary school within walking distance, and it’s just a mile from Emersons Green Retail Park for some large shops and several places to eat. Right now, there are a few two-bedroom homes for sale here, great options for first-time buyers or downsizers in particular. Prices start at £280,000 for ‘The Arden’, but if your budget can stretch to £355,000, ‘The Danbury’ could be a preferred choice – compared to the cheaper home, this has a lounge separate from the kitchen, and an en suite and storage to bedroom one.
