Mortgage-Free Offer Launched By Housebuilder
Persimmon is introducing a new mortgage support offer to help buyers afford their new, dream home.
Buyers who reserve selected Persimmon homes by 31 January 2023 could benefit from the housebuilder covering up to 10 monthly mortgage payments, so customers can move into their new home mortgage free for the first 10 months.
The housebuilder is also offering a scheme for those buyers with a property to sell. This 105% Part Exchange scheme means customers looking to sell their current home will save money on fees, as well as benefiting from an extra 5% on top of their valuation.

These offers run from Boxing Day until 31 January.
