Stamp Duty Covered For Buyers At Attleborough Development

Newlands is a collection of three- and four-bedroom detached houses for sale on London Road in Attleborough.
Orbit Homes is offering new customers a choice of three moving-in packages, on selected four-bedroom properties, which includes covering the cost of Stamp Duty, a home entertainment package, or a home office package, for those buyers who work from home.
As well as saving customers up to £8,500, all properties at Newlands include flooring throughout, wardrobes in the main bedroom, landscaping to the front garden and turf in the rear garden.

All Orbit Homes are built to the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Safer by Design ‘gold standard’ and British Standard 5395-1 stairs to reduce the risk of falls.
The new homes will be ready to move into in Spring 2023, with the development due to be completed in October 2023.
