Strong Demand For Exclusive East Molesey Apartments

Posted 25 August 2021 by Keith Osborne

The luxury of Octagon's Chapel View in the sought-after Surrey village has seen keen interest from discerning house-hunters...

A third of the nine new luxury two-bedroom apartments at Chapel View, East Molesey have already been reserved within the first few weeks of launch, with demand high for the remaining few available homes.

Designed with contemporary living in mind, the new collection of apartments by local luxury housebuilder Octagon are set in a sophisticated Victorian-inspired building on one of the area’s premier roads.

The development is ideally located just five minutes from high street of the Surrey village, and a similar distance from a picturesque stretch of Thames promenade. Perfect for families, the area is well served with an excellent selection of local independent and state schools including Hampton Court House School, Tiffin School and St Alban’s Catholic Primary School.

Designed to seamlessly blend with the rows of period properties within this serene hamlet, Chapel View on Church Road pairs a traditional, embellished façade with modern day interiors, all set within elegant landscaping.

Octagon CEO Tim Banks added: “We are thrilled by the interest received for our new apartments at Chapel View, and expect the demand from potential buyers to continue. East Molesey and nearby Hampton Court has a fantastic range of amenities on its doorstep with the high street offering a comprehensive range of shops including artisan cafes, gastro pubs and antique emporiums.

“Likewise, nearby Bushy Park, the second largest of London’s Royal Parks, has a mix of waterways and vast gardens to explore, which are forever popular with local residents. This is a core area for Octagon and one we particularly love to work in - our offices are just down the road on the riverside and we have built many homes in the surrounding streets over our 40 years in business.”

Apartments at Chapel View feature generously sized living spaces including two spacious bedrooms, and some with an additional room that could be used as a third bedroom or study. Principal bedrooms come with en suite bathrooms and most with a dressing room, while all second bedrooms have en suite shower rooms.

Each home is complete with either a patio, balcony or terrace, and a dedicated off-street parking space. There are also electric car charging points and fully landscaped communal grounds for the residents’ exclusive use.

Chapel View offers residents easy access into central London too, with Hampton Court station just a short walk away running frequent services into Clapham Junction and London Waterloo. Chapel View is well situated with fast access to the A3, M3 and M25 and within walking distance from Hampton Court station, with a regular 40-minute service to London Waterloo.

Prices for the one-bedroom apartments start from £795,000. Find out more at octagon.co.uk.
