Notting Hill Genesis is bringing new homes to Mill Hill, NW7 with the launch of one- and two-bedroom apartments at Twenty Millbrook Park on Saturday 20 November.

These new apartments will be available to buy through Shared Ownership and will be offered initially to those living or working in the London Borough of Barnet. The homes will then be available to buyers across wider London from early next year.

Through Shared Ownership, buyers can purchase a percentage share of the property which can be increased over time and pay rent on the remaining share, meaning they can own a property in one of London’s most desirable districts for a fraction of the price they would be required to pay if they were to purchase outright. Just 20 homes – all with parking – are available, with one-bedroom apartments starting from £105,250 for a 25% share and a deposit of £10,525 based on that share (full market value £421,000), and £138,500 for a 25% share of a two-bedroom property with a deposit of £13,850 (full market value £554,000).

The contemporary apartments also come fully equipped with integrated kitchen appliances, including a Zanussi oven, hob and fridge-freezer, fitted modular design Paula Rosa kitchen units, as well built-in bedroom wardrobes, and Hansgrohe bathroom fittings. Homes benefit from fully decked, private balconies, allowing residents to take in the tranquil surroundings.

Twenty Millbrook ParkSituated in leafy Mill Hill, the development offers Londoners the perfect opportunity to live in a tranquil suburban neighbourhood, with a variety of open green spaces including Woodridge Nature Reserve, as well as the footpaths of Dollis Valley Greenwalk just a five-minute cycle away. Excellent transport links provide swift access to central London, and residents can easily reach Charing Cross in just 32 minutes, and Bank in 36 minutes from Mill Hill East Tube station, approximately 5 minutes’ walk from the development.

Brent Cross Shopping Centre is also only an 11-minute drive, hosting numerous high-street names and restaurants, while Mill Hill Broadway is home to an excellent selection of local retailers, with a variety of artisan coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants for residents enjoy.

Twenty Millbrook Park offers a number of on-site amenities, including secure underground car parking, concierge services, and landscaped podium complete with picnic benches and tables.

James Munson, head of marketing at Notting Hill Genesis, said: “Situated in suburban and leafy Mill Hill, our new homes at Twenty Millbrook Park offer residents much-desired proximity to green, open spaces, while still being linked to Central London and the many fantastic opportunities the city has to offer.
