A new collection of luxury apartments in Nine Elms, exclusively for the rental market, is opening this month.

The Lark spans two blocks and comprises 195 homes in a prime location at the heart of the Nine Elms district; the newly developed regeneration zone of Battersea and Vauxhall, all professionally managed and overseen by specialist rental operator, Allsop.

Those who rent the pet-friendly studio, one-, two- or three-bedroom apartments will enjoy access to a range of shared amenities, including a private intimate cinema room bookable via the resident app, a residents’ lounge and a state-of-the-art gym studio featuring a fully integrated Wexer system, giving residents 24/7 access to a wide range of virtual fitness classes.

Residents will also have access to a flexible co-working lounge and coffee bar, equipped with a high-specification bean to cup coffee machine, producing the finest locally produced coffee on demand.

Additionally, The Lark offers residents the ability to book private meetings rooms, designed and equipped to host virtual meetings, presentations, or simply a quiet place to study, all with superfast and reliable wi-fi throughout. Whilst for complete peace of mind, residents are provided with a dedicated on-site team, providing 24/7 resident support and security taking the stress out of modern-day living.

Outdoor spaces at The Lark include the podium garden and ground floor terrace, with most apartments featuring their own furnished private balconies. Inside, the apartments offer bright, open plan spaces which are all finished to a high specification. Features include full-height windows, wood floors, comfort cooling, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, and a fully integrated kitchen with Smeg appliances. New residents can choose from contemporary furnished apartments or add their own style to unfurnished options.

Home here is just minutes away from the Thames with its riverside bars and Circus West Village’s restaurants and entertainment venues. The iconic Battersea Power Station is a short stroll away and for a spot of retail therapy, there’s the recently opened Electric Boulevard, an exciting new high street for Battersea and London.

Ruta Drukteinyte, general manager at The Lark added: “The development of the Nine Elms District has seen a transformation in to one of London’s fastest growing and most vibrant residential, cultural and business districts. It is the perfect location for The Lark development as it offers the ideal lifestyle balance for renters – situated within walking distance of iconic London locations and popular bars and restaurants, with fantastic transport links to the city - it also offers a calming sanctuary surrounded by open green spaces which are perfect for escaping the busy life of a London professional.

“We’re confident in the Nine Elms location, our accommodation and the on-site facilities we offer - which will suit professionals seeking luxury accommodation with flexible lease terms and a sense of community.”
