Helen ChristieLuxury housebuilder Mulberry Homes is opening the doors to its Manor Heath development in Leighton Buzzard this weekend, allowing Bedfordshire property seekers to tour the final collection of homes.
Manor Heath, situated just off Heath Road, is a stylish development of three- and four-bedroom detached homes. The final collection of homes have now been released for sale, meaning this is property seekers’ final chance to make the move to the development.
On Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 December, Mulberry Homes is hosting an “access all areas” event, offering interested homebuyers an exclusive, full access tour of Manor Heath.
Attendees will be able to meet with the sales team, tour The Beacon and The Humberstone show homes, The Abbey show home and the newly-opened The Fairfield show home, before being given the opportunity to step inside all the plots that are almost complete.
Kerry Jones, sales and marketing director at Mulberry Homes, says: “We are very excited to open the doors to our fantastic properties at Manor Heath, and to give homebuyers a full access look into how our final homes are coming along. Being able to tour the homes in person, instead of simply looking at a floor plan online, will give people a much better idea of what living here will look and feel like.
“We are exceptionally proud of Manor Heath, and have recently received incredible feedback from residents. We put a lot of care into planning our developments and into creating vibrant new communities, and we’re thrilled that Manor Heath has been so popular. We don’t anticipate that the final collection of homes will be available for long, so would encourage anyone who is interested to get in touch with our sales team without delay to book an appointment for this weekend.”
The Fairfield is a brand new, three-bedroom show home that showcases to future homeowners the ‘Quintessentially High Quality’ specification of Mulberry homes.
This beautiful, double-fronted property features a large living room that stretches the length of the home, as well as a spacious open-plan kitchen/dining space with a bay window. The kitchen has been designed using Symphony’s Woodbury range, and benefits from a single oven, four-burner gas hob, extractor hood and integrated fridge/freezer.
The ground floor is completed with a garage, handy utility room, cloakroom and understairs storage cupboard, providing residents with plenty of space.
Upstairs, property seekers will find three luxurious bedrooms, one of which has the potential to be converted into a study, nursery or something else to suit the specifics of the homeowners’ lifestyle, and a stylish family bathroom. The main bedroom comes complete with an en-suite for an added luxurious feel.
Both the main bedroom’s en-suite and upstairs family bathroom are finished in a simplistic contemporary style, complimented with Roca sanitaryware and soft close lavatory seats. Heated towel rails, shaver points and Amtico Spacia flooring complete the bathrooms.
Currently available at Manor Heath are a range of three- and four-bedroom homes, priced from £384,950 to £579,950.
