Mulberry Homes has seen success at The Templars in Temple Herdewyke, the company’s first development in Warwickshire, which is now over 50% sold out since its launch in April.

The Templars is a collection of two-, three- and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes, located on Falkland Place and is proving popular with first-time buyers, families and downsizers alike.

Kerry Jones, sales and marketing director at Mulberry Homes, said: “We are delighted at the immediate success of our first development in Warwickshire. The Templars is a huge part of our very exciting growth plans at Mulberry, and we’re thrilled to be firmly on the map in this wonderful county.

“Following our successful launch, we’ve already sold over 55% of the development and can’t wait to help our customers move into their brand new homes. We currently have a range of three- and four-bedroom properties available, and I’d encourage any interested buyers to get in touch without delay to avoid missing out.

“The Templars is a beautiful development, where the architecture has been inspired by the local area and the homes boast flexible layouts and high specifications, creating a community full of character and individuality that people can feel proud to call theirs.

The Templars“Temple Herdewyke is a lovely, charming village, benefitting from incredible transport links and easy access to several nearby towns, such as Southam and Banbury, and the luxury shopping centre Bicester Village, which is only 35 minutes’ drive away. Acres of beautiful countryside are also closeby to the development, making it an ideal place to call home.

“Since opening our new head office in Kilsby, we’ve fallen in love with Warwickshire and are looking forward to further integrating ourselves into the county by providing much-needed, stylish homes for local people and supporting the community wherever possible.”
