Millwood Designer Homes has announced that it will gift £5,000 towards moving costs, in addition to fully fitted flooring at no extra cost, for buyers that reserve one of a selection of plots at the Bakers Field development in Cliffsend, Kent, by Wednesday 23 December.

The offer is on ‘The Ashurst’ (Plot 19) and ‘The Clairmont’ (Plot 20) and homebuyers will need to legally complete on one of the properties by the end of February to make the most of it.
