Launch Of First Properties At Mirfield Scheme this Weekend

Applewood, a development by Miller Homes, is situated at the edge of the town on Granny Lane, ideally located between open countryside and the River Calder. A range of 67 three-, four- and five-bedroom energy-efficient homes will be available, giving buyers plenty of choice to find their dream property.
“These homes are in a really lovely location – a wonderful juxtaposition of rural serenity and only a short walk to all local amenities,” said Debbie Whittingham, regional sales director, Miller Homes Yorkshire. “Interest has already been significant, and we look forward to welcoming visitors from the 25 February, although our homes will be available to be pre-reserved online from 23 February.”
The development has been thoughtfully designed to suit future residents with a play park and plenty of open spaces to embrace its rural nature. Later in the summer, a four-bedroom ‘Herbert’ show home will be unveiled, showcasing inspiring interiors associated with the housebuilders’ show homes.
