Trio Of Home Styles Released At Glasgow Development

Merchant Homes is set to release a number of new homes at its popular Glasgow development over the next few weeks.

The Scottish homebuilder has been overwhelmed by the response to Lochwood Gardens, located in the east of the city, therefore making the decision to release another phase to keep up with customer demand.

The new phase will include some of the housebuilder’s most popular house types offering prospective buyers a selection of three- and four-bedroom semi-detached and detached homes. This release of homes also includes plots in a coveted position within the development with south-facing rear gardens.

The ‘Harris’, a spacious three-bedroom detached home is popular with families as is the four-bedroom detached ‘Shetland’ style – both of which feature integral garages. The largest four-bedroom detached home at Lochwood Gardens, the ‘Lewis’, will also be included in the next phase, and at 1,310 sq ft is an impressive home for growing families.

The newly launched homes will be released early October with move-in dates from February 2022 onwards.
