Thatcham retirees are being invited to a special Wellness Experience at McCarthy Stone’s William House Retirement Living Plus development in Thatcham on Thursday 29 September between 1.00pm and 4.00pm.

During the afternoon guests will be able to join William House homeowners for an exclusive pampering and relaxation session in the development’s on-site wellness suite. Event attendees can enjoy a soothing manicure from Clarabella Beauty and a relaxing treatment from the local chiropodist at Thames Valley Foot Clinic. Attendees will also be able to take a tour of the development’s social spaces and show apartments, as well as have the opportunity to meet the team and find out first-hand the low-maintenance and independent lifestyle on offer at William House.

Nicki Beswarick, divisional marketing manager for McCarthy Stone Southern, commented: “We are incredibly excited to welcome local retirees to William House for our special Wellness Experience. Guests will have exclusive access to our wonderful facilities, as well as an opportunity to experience the lifestyle on offer at William House.

“We’re looking forward to showcasing all that the development has to offer to local retirees and we’d like to encourage anyone interested to get in touch with us and secure their space without delay.”

To secure a space at the event, attendees are required to book in advance by calling 0800 153 3076.

Clare from Clarabella Beauty added: “I’m very much looking forward to visiting William House. Making time for relaxation and self-care is really important as it gives us the opportunity to unwind and recharge, which is why I’m really pleased to be a part of the upcoming Wellness Experience. I can’t wait to meet some of the local retirees – it is set to be a wonderful day.”

In addition to the Wellness Experience, William House is also opening its doors for an extra special ‘Autumn Extravaganza’ Open Week next month.

Attendees at the event, which is taking place between Tuesday 4 October and Saturday 8 October from 11.00am until 5.00pm, will be invited to join homeowners for lunch at the on-site bistro and receive a complimentary three course meal, courtesy of McCarthy Stone. What’s more, locals will also be able to meet the friendly team at William House, learn more about its vibrant community and discover for themselves why the development is proving to be so popular amongst retirees. To secure a place and a spot for lunch, call 0800 153 3076.

A Guide To Part Buy Part Rent
With Home Reach you buy a share of your chosen newly built home and pay a monthly rent on the part you don’t buy. Your budget will decide the size of the share you buy, rather than the size of your home. So, you might decide to buy a bigger share of a lower priced home or a smaller share of a more expensive home.
