Martin Grant Homes has launched its Archers Mews development, a collection of just four luxury semi-detached four-bedroom homes in sought-after Oxshott, Surrey.

Inspired by local early Georgian architecture, this development is set in a private enclave with an automatic gate and offers a desirable combination of privacy and tranquillity – echoing the exclusivity of the wider Oxshott area, including the star-studded Crown Estate.

The townhouse-style homes are designed with a high specification across each floor, with all homes benefitting from a first-floor roof terrace, and underfloor heating to ground and first floors. The homes will also have features such as integrated high-quality appliances in the kitchen and first-floor utility room, and luxury Karndean flooring in the kitchen, dining area and bathrooms, whilst bedrooms one and two include built-in wardrobes and luxury en suites with a bath and separate shower. All homes are also connected to superfast broadband, ideal for those working from home.

Externally, all homeowners can enjoy private landscaped front gardens, and turfed rear gardens with patio areas. There are also electric vehicle charging points available for future installation. The first homes are expected to be completed this autumn.

Archers MewsChris Hamilton, managing director for Martin Grant Homes, commented: “We are excited to launch our new Archers Mews development in Oxshott village, and have already experienced a high volume of enquiries from families hoping to secure a quality new home. Each home will be finished to a high specification and is in a fantastic countryside location, so we anticipate a high demand.

“Oxshott is a popular location, particularly for families, who will love the range of excellent schools nearby, as well as the leisure activities available including an outdoor ski centre, St Georges Hill Golf Club and Sandown Park Racecourse.”

Archers Mews is ideally located in the Surrey countryside yet benefits from easy access to London and nearby Guildford. A range of amenities, including a sports club, gastropubs, boutiques and a major shopping centre, are available within a short drive.

The best of the Surrey countryside can easily be enjoyed with open green spaces nearby including Epsom Common, Oxshott Heath and Downside Common, as well as more landscaped surroundings such as Horton Country Park – a 400-acre nature reserve with bluebell woods, ponds, walks and a golf course.

Ideal for commuters, Oxshott railway station is just a five-minute drive from Archers Mews, with direct services to London Waterloo in 30 minutes. The M25 and the A3 are also nearby, providing easy access to destinations such as Guildford, Dorking, and Gatwick and Heathrow airports.

Dan Redmond, sales manager at Savills, commented: “Archers Mews is the perfect location for buyers looking for a high-quality new home. The development offers a sense of exclusivity thanks to its gated entrance, and the woodland surroundings help to create a tranquil atmosphere – yet excellent road and rail connections are on the doorstep. Families can be assured that their children will receive excellent schooling in the local area, which is surrounded by Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ and ‘Good’ schools, both public and private.”

Prices at Archers Mews currently start from £1.175million.
