Keith OsborneBracebridge Manor in Bracebridge Heath, to the south of Lincoln, now has the latest Vistry Yorkshire show home, providing house-hunters with a first chance to take a virtual viewing of the ‘Pembroke’ house type.
Under its Linden Homes brand and part of the developer’s ways of working to meet the demands of house buyers in the region, there is now an online 360° tour of the family-friendly ‘Pembroke’, which is a four-bedroom property with spacious lounge, open-plan dining room and kitchen and a study/office.
Marketing manager Megan Marshall said: “Since the housing market re-opened in May, we have been looking at ways to make the home buying process as efficient, easy and of course as safe as possible for our customers. We have introduced new ways of working at our developments across the region, including appointment only visits either in person or via online communications / video channels.
“We know that our show home openings are eagerly awaited by many people, and to ensure that everyone has the chance to see what our fabulous Bracebridge Manor development has to offer, we are working very hard to launch it virtually. This means that people can view them safely and in the comfort of their own home and follow up with a social-distanced, Covid-safe appointment in person if they wish.”
The completed development will comprise 120 two-, three- and four-bedrooms homes, appealing to a wide range of buyers. The first will be ready to move in to by January 2021. The Home Exchange (formerly Part Exchange) and Smooth Move (formerly Assisted Move) schemes are available to help curb the cost of moving after the expense of Christmas.
Prices currently start from £214,950 and buyers reserving before the end of the year will receive £5,000 cash back on completion.
