Legal & General Affordable Homes has launched a collection of Shared Ownership homes in Norwich.

Legal & General Affordable Homes is offering newly built, energy efficient, two-storey three-and four-bedroom homes at Broadland Fields on the edge of Norwich, designed to help families looking for room to grow, or buyers whose financial situation may not allow them to outright purchase a home. By using Shared Ownership, a lower deposit is required than what you would typically need on the open market making it easier to get on the housing ladder. You can then, if you choose, increase the value of the share you own over time.

The collection of contemporary three- and four-bedroom homes offer modern, open-plan living areas filled with natural light. The homes feature integrated kitchens and plenty of workspace, and each home has space for a home office. All homes come with two parking bays and a garden. Local amenities include pubs, restaurants, shops, sports clubs and schools.

A minimum 40% share starts at £112,000 for a three-bedroom and a minimum 30% share at £155,250 for a four-bedroom home.
