Shared Ownership Homes Launching In Chelmsford This Weekend

On the Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 June, L&Q is launching a new collection of one-bedroom apartments, two- and three-bedroom houses, and three-bedroom maisonettes at The Arbour, a brand-new neighbourhood which forms part of the Beaulieu development, situated on the outskirts of Chelmsford.

L&Q’s Shared Ownership homes at The Arbour meet an acute demand for affordably priced homes in the area. Through Shared Ownership, prices start from £68,250 for a 30% share of a one-bedroom apartment (full market price £227,500), £111,000 for a 30% share of a two-bedroom house (full market price £370,000), and £112,500 for a 30% share of a three-bedroom home (full market price £375,000).
