Shared Ownership Launch In East London
L&Q has just launched the first phase of Shared Ownership homes at L&Q at Beam Park, a 71-acre site bringing some 3,000 new homes located across the London Boroughs of Barking & Dagenham and Havering.
This initial launch of 10 one- and two-bedroom apartments offers the chance for first-time buyers to get on to the ladder through Shared Ownership there with deposits starting from just £6,438.
As well as the homes, the neighbourhood being created by development partners L&Q and Countryside will also have a new railway station, a new public square, a medical centre, two schools, retail spaces, a gym, nursery, community facilities, and a multi-faith space. Purchasers will be joining an already growing community, with over 100 of Countryside’s residents moved in to Beam Park.
