Shared Ownership Homes Launching In New Beaulieu Neighbourhood

On Saturday 4 September, housing association L&Q is launching the first phase of 19 one- and three-bedroom Shared Ownership homes at The Arbour, a brand new neighbourhood within the Beaulieu development on the outskirts of Chelmsford.

The Arbour will bring a total of 255 Shared Ownership homes to the growing community once complete, providing an affordable route onto the property ladder in an increasingly popular area.

Homes at The Arbour will form part of Beaulieu, an already thriving new district for the city of Chelmsford, which is a joint venture between L&Q and Countryside. The impressive 610-acre development will ultimately deliver 3,600 new mixed-tenure homes, as well as new schools, health and sports facilities and new retail amenities.
