Final Show Home To Launch This Weekend At Blackburn Development

On Saturday 15 July, the third and final show home from Kingswood Homes’ Homestead Collection will open its doors in Blackburn.

The five-bedroom Ribchester 5 is the last of the trio of show homes that are open at Kingswood’s Green Hills and is one of the largest homes available.

It includes a spacious lounge, separate office/ playroom and a kitchen/dining/family area at the back of the property. There is also a utility room and W/C downstairs. Upstairs there are four double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Two of the bedrooms, including the main bedroom, come with an en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom.

Lesley Myers, sales director at Kingswood Homes, says: “Opening the Ribchester 5 is the final piece of the puzzle for our Homestead Collection. We now have three different properties for potential buyers to explore. We have our two-bedroom Croston 2M bungalow, our Ribchester 4 that has been built as a three-bedroom option offering fewer but larger bedrooms each with their own en-suite, and our Ribchester 5.”

Kingswood Homes have organised live entertainment, canapes and drinks throughout the event that is on Saturday 15 July from 10am - 3pm. The Kingswood’s sales team will be on hand to discuss the housebuilder’s industry leading Shape Your Home concept that gives customers a say in the internal layout of their homes.

Lesley continues: “Visitors will also have the chance to speak to a range of moving experts at the event. Financial advisors RSC will be on hand to discuss any questions relating to mortgages and New Homes Solutions will be there to talk through Assisted Move. If visitors have an existing home to sell, this service basically means we organise a valuation of the current home, arrange photography and once we have agreed a sale price of the existing home, we instruct one of our trusted estate agent partners to market the home for sale. We also contribute to the cost of the agent’s fees. Once the home is sold, customers can then reserve their new Kingswood home.”

Customers who reserve a home on Saturday will also be able to take up some special offers that will only be available during the event, and customers who reserve selected homes in July, will also have their mortgage paid for 12 months.
